The Cloud People

  People have been divided into two groups, since some of them decided to live on the clouds: the cloudy and the earthy people.
The cloudy people poured down rain and snow, until the dams were full. But with the cloudy people up in the sky, there has been an environmental issue as well: they might have dropped down something other than rain and snow.

I don’t know if you have ever wished to go up to the clouds and live there. They cloudy people are like that, who lives on the clouds. But their waste might fall down on the earthy people. What should be done about that?
